Bank ABC is reinforcing its Retail & Digital Banking Department with the recruitment of an SMEs Relationship Manager for its Branch in Sfax. Reporting to the Head of Retail, the Relationship Manager is responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of SME’s and Professionals which implies calling on clients and prospects, being the central point of contact for the clients within the organization. Proactively managing and satisfying client needs, performing credit assessment to determine the opportunities worth pursuing, discussing the proposed facility structures with the Head of Retail and any other relevant product specialists.
